May Isabella Kimjuat (Pronounced "Kim-watt") is a half Clouded Leopard / Domestic Cat . Orphaned at birth, she grew up in Colorado as an apprentice for a local mechanic, an aphomgen-sympathetic anarchist who became her guardian. She enlisted in the AFM at a young age and put her learned skills to work in the 76th's Engineering corps. During the initial assault on NWI forces in Denver, she suffered a minor concussion and slight amnesia surrounding that timeframe during which she was given a vague message in a vision. Levet Procket helped her recover from this incident, during which they became good friends. She remained in active duty with the 76th for the remainder of the mop up operation and rebuilding of the NORAD and Lockheed Martin facilities in Denver, later taking a job at the new Pentex Research Facility.
