Statesman is an informal slang term for the NWI national guard and militias. They were what was left after the Third War had burnt out and the NWI had lost - and they defended United States soil to the bitter end. Not all were fanatics, and many were misguided due to the situation that lead to the NWI itself. It was with great fortune that some of the statesmen could be shown the truths that were omitted by their confused and corrupted media groups, but most of them never saw the world's side of things.
